Return Process

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are securely attached.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
